01 Where a fleet website usually breaks down

Five problems that cost an enquiry before it starts

Each one below is common enough on a fleet or hire site that a buyer notices it in the first minute, and each has a direct cost attached.

01

Rates and terms are a phone call away, not a page

A procurement buyer comparing three suppliers in one sitting drops the one that makes them wait for a call back. Every day that page stays missing is a shortlist you never made.

02

The vehicle list on the site is out of date

A class that was retired last quarter is still listed, and a class you added last month is not. A buyer who catches the mismatch reads it as a business that is not paying attention.

03

There is no page for a depot you actually operate

A search for hire near that depot has nothing to resolve to, so it resolves to a competitor instead. Coverage you genuinely have is invisible to search.

04

Enquiries land in an inbox nobody checks after hours

A quote request submitted at 7pm sits unread until the next morning, and by then the buyer has already sent the same request to two other operators.

05

The site is slow on the phone in a depot yard

A page that takes several seconds to open on a weak signal loses the reader before the terms even appear, and that reader rarely comes back to try again.

02 Problem, then fix

What we replace it with

Each fix below is the direct answer to the row across from it, built into the site rather than left as a manual habit.

Problem

Rates and terms hidden behind a call request.

Fix

A documented rate and terms page per vehicle class, built to be read in under a minute.

Problem

Vehicle listings drift out of date.

Fix

Weekly rate and availability updates, done for you, so the published site matches what your desk quotes.

Problem

A depot you operate has no page.

Fix

A dedicated page for every depot, with address, hours and fleet on hand, live within your plan's turnaround.

Problem

Enquiries land in an unchecked inbox.

Fix

Every form routes into your CRM or transport management system by API, Zapier or Make.

03 The signature page

A utilisation and turnaround table on your own site

A fleet buyer expects this kind of record on a supplier's site, so we build the page structure for it: ruled rows, aligned figures, a column for every measure that matters.

Illustrative example data, not a live benchmark
Example layout only. Figures below are illustrative, built to show the page; they are not a real client's fleet, and not a performance claim about any operator.

04 Before and after

What changes once the site is live

Six of the things that actually change on the day a fleet operator moves onto a managed site, in their own vocabulary.

  • Rates and terms
Before:Visible only after a call or a quote request. After:Documented per vehicle class, readable in under a minute.
  • Depot coverage
Before:One address on a contact page for every location. After:A dedicated page per depot, with hours and fleet on hand.
  • Vehicle listings
Before:Updated whenever someone remembers. After:Reviewed and refreshed every week as part of the plan.
  • Enquiries
Before:Land in a shared inbox nobody owns. After:Routed straight into the CRM or TMS your team already uses.
  • Page speed
Before:Slow on a phone with a weak depot yard signal.After:90 or higher PageSpeed, guaranteed on every page.
  • New depots
Before:Wait weeks for a developer to add a page. After:Live within your plan's turnaround, as one revision.
05 The outcome

What a documented, managed site changes for your desk

Shortlisted before the call

A documented rate and terms page lets a procurement buyer shortlist you from the site alone, so the first call starts at negotiation rather than discovery.

Every depot findable on its own

A dedicated page per depot means a search for hire near that location has something real to resolve to, instead of resolving to a competitor.

Enquiries answered while they are still warm

Structured forms routed straight into your CRM mean a quote request reaches the right desk in minutes, not the next working day.

The fleet on the site matches the fleet on the yard

Weekly updates keep vehicle classes, rates and availability aligned with what your team is actually quoting.

06 What is in the plan

Everything included, and why it ranks

One monthly fee covers the site, the tool, the domain, the hosting and the ongoing work, and the same build is what makes the site fast enough to rank in the first place.

The website itself

A page per vehicle class, per depot, plus pricing, onboarding and contact pages, all custom coded.

The contract hire enquiry builder

The niche tool configured for your fleet, fleet size and vehicle mix.

Domain, registered in your name

One domain included free for as long as your plan is active, or we point yours.

Hosting, nothing itemised

Global CDN, SSL, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, inside the fee.

CRM or TMS connection

Every enquiry form wired into the system your operations team already uses.

Fully managed

Weekly updates, revisions and articles handled for you, start to finish.

07 The build, step by step

How it works, from invoice to launch

Four steps, the same for every tier; only the launch window and what gets configured during the build changes.

01

First monthly invoice

You pay the plan fee for the tier you choose. That starts the build; the build fee is not charged yet.

02

Onboarding call

One call to fill any gaps in your onboarding form and agree the launch date.

03

We build

Vehicle class pages, depot pages, terms and the enquiry tool, built and connected to your CRM.

04

Build fee after launch

$697 invoiced only once the site is live and you have approved it.

10 Common questions

Answers on the offer

What exactly does FleetWebStudio build?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for a fleet operator or commercial vehicle hire business, including long-term and corporate contract hire. That means a home page, a page for every vehicle class you run, a page for every depot, a pricing or terms page, the Manifest tier's included pages, and ongoing weekly updates, articles and hosting. It is not a template you edit yourself; we build it and keep it current.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Manifest, 10 on Register while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Dispatch with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Do you write for one vehicle class or a whole mixed fleet?

A mixed fleet. If you run vans, box trucks, refrigerated units, plant or specialist vehicles, each class gets its own page written in the vocabulary a buyer for that class actually searches with, rather than one generic page describing everything at once.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127 on Manifest, $267 plus AI usage on Register, or $647 a month on Dispatch. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
