The first monthly fee for the tier you chose is charged by card through Stripe when you order, and a receipt is emailed. The build fee is not on it, and under this offer it never will be.

A build fee pays for the week of work that puts a site together. Waiving it is something we can carry for a fixed number of builds, not indefinitely, so the offer has a real closing date rather than a clock that resets when you reload the page.
The one-time build fee of $697 is waived. The monthly plan fee is unchanged, so you pay from $127 a month and nothing else, with the first month charged by card when you order. There is no deposit, no onboarding charge and no hosting or domain line on the invoice.
Because a buyer should see the finished site before paying for it. Normally the fee is invoiced only once the site is live and you have approved it. Under this offer that invoice is never raised at all.
The launch window starts when onboarding is complete, not when you order, and it is 7 days on Manifest, 10 on Register and 15 on Dispatch. If we are late for a reason that is ours, you are not billed for the month we were late.
Yes, in either direction, effective from your next invoice date. Moving up adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to the same site rather than starting a new build, so there is no second build fee at any point.
No. We migrate the pages worth keeping and set up redirects from the old addresses, so existing search visibility moves across rather than being reset. Your current site stays live until the day we switch over.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and if you cancel we hand over what is yours rather than holding it. The one thing that stops is the management: the weekly updates, the articles and the hosting are part of the plan.
No minimum term. It is a monthly plan you can end with 2 business days notice before your next invoice date. That is deliberate: the reason to stay should be the work, not a clause.
Ask. 5 revisions a month cover almost everything a fleet changes, including a new depot or a new vehicle class. Anything genuinely outside that is quoted before it is started, never after.
