Accessibility statement

FleetWebStudio wants everyone to be able to read this website and use it to contact us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we aim for, what we have done and how to tell us when something does not work.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of building a website properly, not as an add-on. When we find a barrier on this site, or someone reports one, we fix it as a priority.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 AA) published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit, so we describe this as our target rather than a claim of full conformance.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
- Text and controls are designed for readable contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- Images carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels, and hints are linked to their fields for screen readers.
- Animation is kept small and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages use real headings, lists and tables, so their structure is clear without styling.
- Buttons and links on phones are sized to be easy to tap.
Accessibility options on this site
The accessibility button at the edge of every page opens a panel where you can change the text size, raise the contrast, switch to grayscale, highlight links and use a more readable font. Your choices are remembered on your device.
Known limitations
- Wide comparison tables scroll sideways on small phones rather than squeezing their text; each table has a caption and row headers so it still reads in order.
- Some embedded third-party content, such as a booking calendar or chat widget, is provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard. We choose providers with accessibility in mind and offer email as an alternative.
Websites we build for clients
The websites we build for fleet operators and commercial vehicle hire businesses are built to the same target and launch with their own accessibility statement. That helps our clients meet the expectations that come with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); it is not legal advice and it does not guarantee compliance.
