Pricing

Fleet website pricing: plans from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Fleet website pricing: three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 build fee after launch. Hosting, updates, articles and SEO included.

01 What a fleet site usually gets wrong

Five problems, one plan fixes all of them

01

A rate and terms page a buyer has to call to see costs the enquiry before it starts.

02

Vehicle listings and depot pages fall out of date the moment nobody has time to touch the site.

03

Enquiries land in an inbox nobody owns, so a warm quote request goes cold overnight.

04

A slow site loses a comparison-stage buyer on a weak signal in a depot yard.

05

A one-off build with no ongoing plan means the site stops improving the day it launches.

07 The plans

Three packages, one build fee

Tier 1

Manifest

The website, fully managed

$127/ month

plus $697 build fee, invoiced after launch

A fast, documented site with a page for every vehicle class and depot, kept current every week.

  • Live in 7 days
  • 2 researched articles a week
Start with Manifest

Best for a single-depot operator getting a documented site live fast.

Tier 3

Dispatch

Everything, plus the Content Engine

$647/ month

plus $697 build fee, invoiced after launch

Everything in Register, plus a full content program and a managed Google Business Profile per depot.

  • Live in 15 days
  • 3 researched articles a week
  • AI receptionist, chat and messaging
  • Content Engine: social posts, reels, GBP managed
Start with Dispatch

Best for an operator running an active content and local presence program across depots.

Register and Dispatch add usage-based AI cost billed monthly in arrears at provider rates, disclosed on your invoice.

  • The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. It collects vehicle class, operating area and hire period up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

GotInquiry form and response workflow for commercial fleet inquiries

    Aisha Uddin
Hire coordinator, refrigerated van hire firm
Sioux Falls, South Dakota · Manifest

  • They pushed us to be precise about commercial fleet inquiries, which felt slow at first and right at the end. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. The awkward 'that's not quite what we meant' conversation has largely disappeared.

GotService scope and expectations for commercial fleet inquiries

    Talib Salman
Rental desk supervisor, small business fleet leasing firm
    Naperville, Illinois · Manifest

  • The brief I gave them was simple: demonstrate, do not proclaim. They helped us select reference material that actually means something and explain it properly. It feels closer to a real conversation with our office than to a brochure.

GotReference content and service presentation for commercial fleet inquiries

    Paula Renshaw
Corporate accounts coordinator, sales fleet leasing provider

09 Plan by plan

What does each plan add, in plain terms?

Each plan includes everything in the one before it. Here is what the step up actually buys, feature by feature.

Manifest · $127 / month

The fleet website, fully managed:

  • Pages that open instantlyA buyer on a weak signal in a depot yard gives up on a page that takes several seconds to load, and paid clicks leave before the rates appear.
  • A page for every vehicle classOne long "our fleet" page cannot rank for "refrigerated truck hire" and "box truck rental" at the same time, so most of the fleet is invisible to search.
  • Depot and branch location pagesA search for truck hire near a depot you really operate resolves to a competitor, because your site only lists one address on the contact page.
  • Contract hire enquiry builderA blank "message us" box produces half-filled enquiries, and the desk spends the first call asking questions the form should have asked.
  • Technical and on-page SEOA site built in a page builder can look fine and still be hard for Google to read: duplicate titles, one page trying to rank for everything, depots with no page at all.
  • Schema markup (structured data)Search engines guess what a page is about when nothing tells them. Structured data tells them directly: this is a depot, this is its address, these are its services.
  • Answer engine and AI assistant readinessBuyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews "who rents refrigerated trucks near me". A site that buries its facts in marketing copy is hard for those tools to quote.
  • Enquiry forms into your CRM or TMSQuote requests land in a shared inbox nobody owns, and a warm enquiry goes cold overnight.
  • Researched articles, published weeklyNobody at a fleet business has time to write, so the blog is empty and the site has nothing to rank for beyond its own name.
  • Weekly rate and availability updatesThe site still lists a rate from last year or a vehicle class you retired, and a procurement buyer who checks details reads that as a business not paying attention.
  • Revisions and a client portalEvery change to the old site meant a new quote from a developer and a wait of several weeks.
  • Managed hosting and securityHosting bills, SSL renewals and plugin updates are the jobs nobody owns until the site goes down or gets hacked.
  • Your domain and your contentOperators who leave a website provider sometimes find the domain was never in their name, and the content cannot be taken with them.
  • Migration with redirectsA new site that ignores the old URLs throws away years of links and bookmarks, and rankings drop for no good reason.
  • Compliance pages and accessible buildA site with no privacy policy, a cookie banner that blocks nothing and forms that cannot be used with a keyboard is an avoidable risk for a business that bids on public and corporate contracts.

Register · $267 / month + usage

Everything in Manifest, plus:

  • AI receptionistCalls come in while the desk is on another line, out in the yard or gone for the day, and a missed call is usually an enquiry sent to the next operator on the list.
  • AI chat on your websiteA buyer reading your rates at 9pm has one question, finds no answer, and closes the tab.
  • AI agents on SMS, Messenger and InstagramBuyers text or send a DM instead of filling in a form, and those messages sit unanswered until someone checks the phone.

Dispatch · $647 / month

Everything in Register, plus:

11 Guarantees and the fine print

What is guaranteed, and on what conditions?

Two guarantees, a build fee you pay only after you have approved the site, and terms you can read in one sitting. The conditions sit in the same row as the promise, because a guarantee without its conditions is not one.

Page speed90+ on Google PageSpeed, mobile and desktopFor pages we build and host. If our work drops a page below it, we fix it at no charge.
Ranking startRanking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 monthsIf not, we keep doing the search work at no additional charge until it does. Covers your services in your area, not every phrase.
Build fee$697, invoiced only after launchCharged once the site is live and you have approved it, due within 7 days of that invoice.
Launch window7, 10 or 15 days by planCounted from the onboarding call, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you launch.
Revisions5 a month, done in 2 to 5 working daysCounted from when we have everything we need. Any size of change counts as one.
Domain and contentYoursDomain in your name, transferred free if you leave. Content exported to you within 14 days of cancelling.
LeavingNo long contractCancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date. All sales are final; see the refund policy.

Full wording: terms and conditions and refund policy. FleetWebStudio does not refund for a change of mind; the remedy under each guarantee is the corrective work described.

12 The value case

Is a managed fleet website worth what it costs?

It is worth it if it wins more work than it costs, and the arithmetic is short. Below is what each plan costs in its first year, including the build fee. Set it against what one extra contract, or a few extra weeks of vehicles on hire, is worth to you.

First-year cost by plan: twelve monthly fees plus the one-time $697 build fee.
PlanMonthlyFirst year, with build fee
Manifest$127$2,221
Register$267 + AI usage$3,901 + usage
Dispatch$647 + AI usage$8,461 + usage

Worked example, your numbers

  1. Write down what one typical contract hire agreement, or one month of a vehicle on hire, earns you.
  2. Divide the first-year cost of the plan you are considering by that figure.
  3. The answer is how many extra pieces of work a year the site has to bring in to pay for itself. Everything after that is return.

While the standing offer runs, the $697 build fee is waived on orders placed by December 31, 2026, which takes it off the first-year figure. See the offer.

We do not publish a return figure because we do not know your contract values or your market, and any number we printed would be invented.

13 Before you ask

Objections, answered directly

A

"We already have a website."

We migrate what is worth keeping and set up redirects, so existing search visibility is protected rather than reset.

B

"The build fee feels backwards."

It is charged only once you have seen and approved the finished site, which is the opposite of backwards for a buyer who wants proof first.

C

"Our fleet changes constantly."

That is exactly what the 5 included monthly revisions and weekly updates are built for.

D

"We could build it ourselves on a builder."

You could. The plan buys the building and the upkeep, not the software. See the honest comparisons, including when a builder is the better choice.

E

"Do we really need the AI Engine?"

Not if your desk answers every call and message, day and night. If calls ring out after hours, Register is the plan that catches them.

Fleet website pricing questions

What exactly does FleetWebStudio build?

A fully managed, custom-coded website for a fleet operator or commercial vehicle hire business, including long-term and corporate contract hire. That means a home page, a page for every vehicle class you run, a page for every depot, a pricing or terms page, the Manifest tier's included pages, and ongoing weekly updates, articles and hosting. It is not a template you edit yourself; we build it and keep it current.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Manifest, 10 on Register while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Dispatch with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Do you write for one vehicle class or a whole mixed fleet?

A mixed fleet. If you run vans, box trucks, refrigerated units, plant or specialist vehicles, each class gets its own page written in the vocabulary a buyer for that class actually searches with, rather than one generic page describing everything at once.

Who is FleetWebStudio for?

Fleet operators and commercial vehicle hire businesses in the United States: van and truck hire, long-term and contract hire, corporate and municipal fleets, last-mile delivery, construction and plant, utility and field service, driving school and transport and logistics operators. We work remotely, so it makes no difference whether your yards are in Texas, California, Florida and Georgia or anywhere else.

What is not included in the plans?

Running your ad accounts, writing your own contract terms or rates, booking and payment processing, and any compliance, licensing or legal advice are not included. Revisions beyond 5 a month are $20 each, and on the plans with the AI Engine, AI usage and text-message carrier fees are billed at what the providers charge.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new depot page, a new vehicle class, updated rates, a different photo, a coverage area change: each is one revision. So is something much larger, such as "add three new depot pages, here is the address and fleet list for each." 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, such as a depot address or a vehicle specification sheet, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision update the utilization and turnaround figures shown on the site?

Yes, if you choose to publish your own operational figures rather than the example figures we build with. Updating any figure on the site, including a utilization table, is a normal revision, completed within your plan's turnaround window.

Which messaging channels does the AI Engine cover?

An AI chat agent on your website, plus messaging agents on text message (SMS), Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messages. Business texting in the US needs carrier registration, known as A2P 10DLC; we file it for you and carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on a global content delivery network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for a buyer who already knows your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can we use a domain for each depot or region?

Most operators run one domain with a page per depot, which keeps the site's search visibility in one place rather than splitting it. If your business genuinely needs a second domain, talk to us on a demo call and we will explain the trade-offs.
